????? Actually, the paulownia trees were removed last year because they had exceeded their lifespan.? The tree killers planned to plant temporary trees when the square reopened.? A new batch of paulownias were being allowed to mature off site.? I don't know if they have been planted in the square yet. ?????? I don't understand how the actual facts make whoever made the decisions anti-tree, or whether indeed CCD has taken control of Fairmount Park, which the square is part of.?
