I took a look at your file and it looks like everything is on one line, which I don't think SqueezeCenter will like. I moved things to where they should be and it worked on my setup so I think the file I have attached for you is just fine.
If this doesn't work go into your SqueezeCenter setup and under SqueezeCenter Status will be the option to view your log files.
