Shouldn't there also be some concern about housing the quad version of the Wandboard in an unvented enclosure? I don't imagine that large heat sink will perform well in an enclosure with no airflow.
When you say the power supply may need to be redesigned to support a SATA hard drive, do you mean a larger wall wart, or do you mean the electronics on the CSP?
