Yes, I've been using a USB Microsoft Internet Keyboard Pro. It uses the standard Apple drivers (as well as it's own). I even installed OSX without an ADB keyboard connected. However, you are not able to use some commands like 'Command-c' to start from a CD-ROM. Since USB is on a PCI card, it doesn't become active until the middle to the boot process. It's handy to keep an ADB connected and just sit it on top of the machine or somesuch.
