I'm sorry, but I really have no idea what you're talking about. This mail list is for supporting people you trying to use OpenOffice, an excellent office suite, which is a free download from www.openoffice.org. If by "print screen" you want to print out a web site page, that's a browser function. Are you saying you paid someone for OpenOffice? Defender-Pro is an antivirus & firewall application, that has nothing to do with OpenOffice.
Perhaps you could write again in a manner that describes what you're trying to do and how that relates to OpenOffice.
