She sends 2 part messages:

*** Part 1 header ***
--4bRzO86E/ozDv8r1
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Disposition: inline
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
***********

*** Part 2 header ***
--4bRzO86E/ozDv8r1
Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.pgp"
Content-Description: Digital signature
Content-Disposition: inline
***********

Nothing abnormal there. I would suggest your MUA (Outlook Express
6.00.2900.3138) is broken. You could download Thunderbird and give that
a go.

Agreed. I also send pgp-signed messages. I had added gpg4win on my
company provided laptop.
