Attachments only have a "risk factor" because M$ stupidly introduced an
option to try to execute any attachment included, if the user wished.

Inline signing is deprecated, whilst MIME signing is RFC compliant.  So,
whilst currently in-line signing is "okay", at some point that will
cease to be the case.  Of course, I don't expect M$ to follow along the
correct path any time soon.
