besides that it's not the case because he spammed my by intention this mailing-list as most others has a header "List-Post: <mailto:users@spamassassin.apache.org>" and a sane client like thunderbird offers a reply-list button in case it exists
a sane mail client could even change the behavior of the normal reply button - no it is not a problem of the list and in this special case it's by intention by the thread starter which the next time should learn to read bounces and mail basics before starting such abusive threads
