Ryan, Thanks! That worked for me. It was able to install svn 1.14.1 on macOS 10.13.6. Even better, it fixed my root issue, which is that since the Sept 30 Let's Encrypt certificate expiration, the WANDisco 1.11.1 binaries (for whatever reason) fail to `svn up` but it now works with the MacPorts 1.14.1 installation.
