> Where can I read a print log? it's not in /var/log/ Well, for me, I'm using cups, so its logs are in /var/log/cups . In looking at my /var/log directory, I see a lpr.log, which I assume could be a print log, but it is empty for me because I'm using cups. Do you have LPRng set up? I wouldn't know to do, since I've only used cups since I've started using linux. If you don't have any printing system installed, then it shouldn't be sending things to printers, especially network printers. Well, at least I don't think it should be.
Good Luck! -Kekoa btw, I like cups. It's been good to me. ____________________ BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ ___________________________________________________________________ List Info: http://uug.byu.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/uug-list
