No, the supposition is that you have a windows virus somewhere. A
virus that tries to propagate itself by finding attachable SMB (or
CIFS, these days) shares that it can write itself to. Your linux
machine is presumably running samba, and offering up a printer share,
which the virus is stupidly copying itself to (thinking it's a file
share).
Several viruses propagate via shares. I'd snag a good anti-virus
package and run it on your windows boxes.
