OK, I've done my research and found in

>From what I can tell by looking at the whole file this print job 
kicks off when Sam turns his computer/printer on every day.  This 
file is on my Linux Server so it is sending something to Sam_670 
when it sees if for the first time.

It wouldn't be so bad if it printed off something recognizable 
but it prints off pages and pages (normally it runs out of paper 
before it's done).  All the printout is garbage.

Any suggestions?
