the argparser would reject options such as "--with-xunit", so I plan to remove
argparser using a simple function, help should be write manually. do you think
it is acceptable?
Line 198: testSuitConfig = {"cases": None, "local_modules": False}
plan to remove argparser, keep testSuitConfig to pass the settings out.
