OK, so a narrow on the internal fast SCSI-2 bus, and 2 wide devices on the JackHammer. Yes, all three terminators should be in place. Have you tried using SCSI IDs other than the 0 and 1? Which slot is the JackHammer installed in? FWB recommended the leftmost or farthest left. What version of the JackHammer control panel are you using?
