Get a NIC with AUI/BNC/RJ45 ports and a PDS
passthrough
then plug the videocard into the NIC. Replace the
AUI plug on the NIC's backplate with the monitor
plug. Of course this is easiest if the NIC's ports
are individually mounted to the backplate. ;)

Otherwise, get a NIC with only RJ45 or BNC and RJ45
then cut a hole in the backplate for the monitor
connector. You'll need a drill and a tool like a
Dremel with some small grindstones to shape the
hole.

Whatever you do, clearly lable the monitor plug!
You don't want anyone plugging an AUI adaptor into
a monitor port.

*Mumbles something unprintable about IBM choosing the
same connector for their joysticks and Apple choosing
the same connector for their monitors when it was
already being used for AUI on other systems.*

P.S. NEVER plug a Mac monitor into a PC's joystick
port, unless you want to fry things.
