Thanks for the tip on that book by Melissa Clark, Penny. I don’t believe I have 
that one. I have certainly got enough other ones. Sigh. I guess I’m not very 
adventurous. I have tried rice several times, and never ever comes out well. 
But this is not a cooking list, so I will not go on and on. Nice to see you 
here.
