I just want to add that Aira is being used by people who handle
sensitive and confidential information all the time, as this was a
concern for me when trying to have my employer cost-share Aira with
me.

Also, does anyone else have extreme difficulty connecting with a live
person at aira? My phone calls and e-mails are often not answered, and
when I do get an e-mail, it's after several days of waiting. This
makes me a bit nervous, honestly, as I've not yet signed up.
