Then they have to limit the amount of ciustomers they take on, I don't think 
it's acceptable if people pay as much as they do that one should have to wait 
even 3 minutes.

The service is growing so fast that delays can be expected. i was recently at 
the home of someone who demonstrated the service and it took about 10 minutes 
for him to connect to an agent, but I have been told that this is very unusual.
