The service is growing so fast that delays can be expected. i was recently
at the home of someone who demonstrated the service and it took about 10
minutes for him to connect to an agent, but I have been told that this is
very unusual.

rogers network for the mi-fi device. I'm so so close to getting it,

Right now the service is undergoing a major change as it has just been
expanded in a pilot to Australia New Zealand and the UK. I called just
this
morning and had no difficulty getting through. Also, please remember that
there are new glasses that will be coming on the market in a couple of
months, which has sparked a marked increase in traffic to the service.
Normally, I had no difficulty connecting to an agent.

if we need more time (which seems unlikely) I can change it later.
Also, keep in mind that if you find that you are not using all of
your minutes in the month you can then downgrade your service
unless you are already on the lowest tier plan. I believe that if
you use all of your minutes in a given month that you can then
purchase more time but as of right now I do not know how much it
cost to add time to the current month.
