The service is growing so fast that delays can be expected. i was recently at the home of someone who demonstrated the service and it took about 10 minutes for him to connect to an agent, but I have been told that this is very unusual.

Sieghard, it is available in Canada, yes. I think they're using the
rogers network for the mi-fi device. I'm so so close to getting it,
but again...having a hard time actually speaking to anyone there in a

Right now the service is undergoing a major change as it has just been
expanded in a pilot to Australia New Zealand and the UK. I called just this
morning and had no difficulty getting through. Also, please remember that
there are new glasses that will be coming on the market in a couple of
months, which has sparked a marked increase in traffic to the service.
Normally, I had no difficulty connecting to an agent.

unless you are already on the lowest tier plan. I believe that if
you use all of your minutes in a given month that you can then
purchase more time but as of right now I do not know how much it
cost to add time to the current month.
