Hi Lisa, Don't install the Windows app store version, I made that mistake once and while it is supposed to be more or less the same I found it was not. In fact, I would recommend you get this enterprise version of iTunes or whatever they call it, it is I think version 12.6.3. Also, you don't necessarily need iTunes to do a full restore. If you have an iCloud backup you can go to Settings > General > Reset and do it from there.
