We did that first. I mean, it was really a problem. If I thought getting another model would solve it, at that point, I would have, but knew it was not the fault of the SE. I am hopeful that the SE2 really will come out next march. If it does, will it have the 11 camers? My husband would like that.

I was able to use the voicemail recording and the info VO provided to give an accurate account of the call to the FTC when I filed my complaint with them after the call came in. Yay, Apple. Do the upgrade. Just have a pair of wired earbuds handy to get VO back if it kicks out after a call. I hung up just a few minutes ago from a call (without being plugged in), and lost speech but still had sound--I could hear the clicks as I swiped right and left.
