Hi Miriam; Yes, exactly. I am trying to mimic real life here with this one. Rat is not "streaming", but it looks like that to people. What multicast is is almost like a broadcast (ie, your car radio) but, only those people on the Internet who are participating get the "broadcast" packets. I am also trying to multicast the basic VNet info - this way it is much faster than client/server mode, and does not have quite the same scaling problems. Neat, huh? John. > Hmmm...
