76 is a lot of studies! I think we can be confident that if it has any efficacy, that will be determined. A reliable, quantitative measure of efficacy will emerge. Some critics say that too much effort is being put into testing ivermectin. Other, more promising drugs are not being tested because so many clinical studies are being made of ivermectin. Some supporters of ivermectin say the medical establishment has not approved any pre-existing drug. It is dragging its feet. That is not the case.
