I agree with every point you make about the Amiga hardware and software
not being up to the simplest tasks of modern computing... but I *do* disagree
with your last comment: Windows is *not* the only operating system available to
you! I've said it in the M/L before and I'll no doubt say it a dozen times
more.... Linux, BeOS, and the various breeds of BSD-UNIX provide a wholely
non-Microsoft way of utilizing new & powerful PC hardware, without costing you
your soul! I run Linux and BeOS on my PC at home, and AmigaOS and Linux on my
3000T. Narry a Microsoft product to be found. Sadly, I must run it at work.
But if I had my way -- Linux is the future.
