That is normal output for a PostScript printer. If you have a
non-Postscript printer, save it to disk (it could be two or three Megs)
and use Ghostscript to convert it for your printer.
You may not get all the correct fonts that way, and it is slow, but at
least you will get output.
It may also be easier to download the original PDF to disk and use aPDF
separately.
