Hi Paul & Daniel, I have been out & just got back into my office. Daniel the other plist I would move is: "~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist"
Also Paul, check in System Preferences > Mission Control > Automatically rearrange spaces based on most recent use - Ensure this is UNTICKED!
