Hey Perry,

Why do need to install a Japanese language pack to read your mail? Is there something we should be told? ;-)

You might ask them to have someone objectively review their site.
It comes across as unprofessional to me.
I found four typos while reading just two pages.
Additionally, the homepage content is hard to understand.
They have a link claiming valid XHMTL but if you click it,
the result reveals quite explicitly that the page does not validate.
Who's telling the truth, and who's not?
When I used their search tool to search for the word "window" I got this:

window.document.getElementById(’post-2′).parentNode.className += ‘
adhesive_post’;
There are literally hundreds of window companies with thousands of
salespeople.

Maybe they aren't getting much business because their site doesn't generate
much credibility.

Thanks,

I agree Jon. They sell replacement windows. The website
(for those who
are interested) is www.zenwindows.com. The guy told me that they are
not having a lot of people fill out their online form. Well,
it took me
a few minutes to find the link to it!!

Thanks,
Riva
