I think they're crazy to say this.  For something as common as windows, a
prospect will comparison shop.  A bad website = lack of credibility.  Their
site is not good.

FWIW, I would close the tab on this site as soon as I saw the "get a quote"
page.  I will not communicate through a web form unless the company has a
monopoly on a product or service that I *REALLY* want.  On top of that, the
quote form is simply an "add me to your mailing list" form, since there is
no data about the windows being quoted (unless it's on a secondary page).
The website is also a bit hard to read due to lack of paragraphs, etc.;
again, I'd simply go somewhere else.
