Michelle, Thanks for putting this spot together! I can't speak for Wiley, but I'm fine with the amazon link. I wouldn't buy a book directly from the publisher for almost $20 more than it's listed on amazon, so I wouldn't expect anyone else to either ;-) Everything else looks great as well.
