Hi Minhaaj -- Nope WikiEducator 3.0 doesn't have anything to do with Web 3.0 -- thanks goodness :-). I think that "Web 2.0" and Web 3.0" are over-hyped marketing concepts.
See my earlier email about the phases -- 3.0 refers to the 3rd phase of WE's strategic plan.
