More important that market cap is the debt. The telcos are laiden with debt and are borrowing heavy to lay out FTTx (VZ for FiOS and at&t for U-verse) and cellular builds.

Google makes them all nervous anyway. The dark fiber talk. The bandwidth. Now licensed bandwidth.

If there was only a dual-mode Google phone :)
