yeah, it does defeat the purpose of a public mailing list, I suppose. I just figured that people would prefer to keep these people from asking the same questions instead of reading the list. I mean, a google search for "xmame svc chaos" puts one of my posts at the top of the results list, and I've been contacted by three different people so far due to the list archive masking email addresses, and "mushroom blue" brings my email up more than "mike" would bring up his. :) perhaps some sort of FAQ for the list should be written up, preferably in as BOFH-ish a manner as possible? Q: "How do I get samsho5..." A: "you don't. stop asking." Q: "But what about svcch..."
