Indeed!.  I'm very familiar with this sort of wave coming and going.  This is
way I don't believe in enlightenment but in moments of inspiration and moments
of zero inspiration.  Familiarity with this continuous mind states help me not
to get too attached to any of them.

All Forum:
I suppose that the ones who are not in the practice may believe that this
continuous coming and going of the mind switching thoughts, sensations,
feelings is only personal to Mayka.  But this is not the case as it happen in
all humans.  Yes, to you too all readers.  Or what do you think that there
is  only in you the goody goody bits and juicy parts  and not the nonsense that
is in you too, moron?. So stop to run away, fighting and  insulting me for
being the same drop of water as yourself.

Hi Mayka,

Glad I was of some help for you (though I wasn't conscious of it at the time).
Also happy to see your roller-coaster is on the up : )  Don't forget tho - this
too will pass!
