it almost makes sense that this would be the case as the one person
always gets the stuff done properly. relying on a bunch of people to
be similarly strict isnt easy.
That's what managers are for Tom. To make that _not_ the case.
However, my experience tallies with Michael's. I deal with a, more or
less, one man operation for my mail order vinyl needs. Very pleased
with the service I am too (www.vinylunderground.co.uk).
As for the topic - given exchange rates I'd say it would be insane to
try and order anything from Europe at the moment.
