Will it be possible for the two of you to connect with me and share your specific experience with Eyeway Helpdesk. Each call is recorded. Will investigate and get to the root of the matter. I agree , there would be a number of dissatisfied callers. I need to know what the challenges and negative experiences have been. We strive to constantly improve. Having said this, there are a large number of blind persons from different parts of the country who have had positive experiences too. This, however is no excuse for an unprofessional response.
