When you feel there is a problem with a service, you must air it. Only when you provide the feedback, we are able to address it. We are a small organisation attempting to do the job of what the Govt. aught to be doing. So, we need all the help from people like you. There are a number of blind people who have benefited from Eyeway. But our endeavour has to be constantly reduce the number of dissatisfied callers.
