Hi all,

I'm sorry to read about your negative experiences. Pplease keep in mind
that the person on the other side of the line is also human and may not
have answers to all the questions we may have. I can understand it can be
frustrating at times, but try to be kind to the other person too. Be
patient with them and recognize that they have many positive experiences as
well.

I've been with NAB for around 13 years now and they have always been very
helpful, sometimes spending several minutes at a time on the phone until my
problem was resolved. On such occasions, they displayed more patience than
myself. I am ashamed to admit that there were times when I was rude or
unkind to them, but they still treated me with patience and with a smile
(you can tell on the phone).

Perhaps the day you called they were having a bad day or did not have all
the information at hand in case of more niche questions. I would advise you
to try again, and try again with a smile, you just might make their day!

Warm regards,
Manjot
