Hi folks,
Performance Rating and Promotions are not challenging for VIs but also
for Sited ones.
One who are the Team player will get Good performance Rating and Promotions
, Ofcourse politics also come into play.. As Rajesh said, we should meet
a different ways to prove we are never the less the sited ones and Team
player.. All that depends on how mingled with the team....
In my Firm, I'm the only VI, getting Better performance than my sited
colleagues...

All the Best Folks, we'll all get good performance ratings and good
promotions happens this Year...
