ICT is amazing (made in canada) never had a single failure in 10+ years! You can use the intellicharge series and a ethernet relay set (like packet flux), the bast is their modular system with redundant psu's, breakers, remote reboot and monitoring, battery charging, testing etc but they are pricey$$
