OTOH I still don't get why an unmodified document needed to be saved at all, so it doesn't matter a lot whether the button is green or blue. This will need some more work on the code that I'm not willing to invest. Perhaps we could add a tool tip that says "You already saved your document, there's no reason to do it again. But in case you want to do it anyway, just do it!".
