I put t back in and i got sound again and yes, i'm pretty sure the
sounds i hear are the ones from the db50xg [i checked some more GM
programs like acoustic bass, they sound very distinct]..

So basically the waveblaster connector on my cs46xx works. I can't give
any guaranteed though that this will work for other cs46xx based cards,
too..

Also i haven't checked yet, if the real external out is disabled when a
db is on the card [sinc i have nothing external connected to the card]

P.S.: the next problem would be to get xg support into a patch editor. I
wrote an email to the jsynthlib guys, but never got an answer.. i also
haven't managed to get XGedit95 or whatwasitcalled installed in wine.. I
don't even know if it would be any use, because then we also need to
make wine talk to the alsa midi driver and i heard wine's alsa support
suxxorz ;)
