Well ... since administrators are 'all powerful' it does seem odd. Make another account for yourself and try that one. If it works, delete the old one and use the one that works. There must be something different but without being there it's really hard to troubleshoot something that is probably simple. And no, please don't send any logfiles !

Hello Guys, Just a little update on the situation. When I login to User tool and try to print crystal reports using the DTP Style button, It gives me a logon error (arerr 1904). When I ask someone else to login to my usertool, they can print successfully! Interesting thing is we both have "Administrator" accounts... So now we're thinking this could be some permission issue, but we can't quite point our fingers at it. Anyone?
