I'm also getting this error and it just started. Quick question do you have the Crystal Reports Developers tool installed on that machine? I also believe it's a dll/registry issue, but I haven't isolated it yet.

Hello Guys,
Just a little update on the situation.
When I login to User tool and try to print crystal reports using the
DTP Style button, It gives me a logon error (arerr 1904). When I ask
someone else to login to my usertool, they can print successfully!
Interesting thing is we both have "Administrator" accounts...
So now we're thinking this could be some permission issue, but we
can't quite point our fingers at it.
Anyone?
