I assume everyone with this problem that has responded above has uninstalled
the user/alert completely and reinstalled.  I had a problem running Crystal
a year or so ago but once I did that it went away.  Probably a .dll that was
changed from another software install.  But if the problem started after any
new software installs .... or what about infamous windows patches.  There's
alot of wierd things going on once those are applied.

You are clicking on a button using the odbc driver that is supplied within
the user tool.

Was it always like this or did it change recently?
