buy the savoy, not in the redevlopment zone and put your community 
theater there? that would certainly stop any eminent domain threats 
and help all the starving artists you wish to help plus be a big 
benefit to the downtown area. As far as the owners of the bowling 
alley, one of the best families one would ever want to meet, it seems 
like you do not even know their names, ill give you a hint, ralph a---
