Chetrits have the moola. What you propose touches upon something I 
posted a couple of weeks ago. That is, when you buy a single parcel 
like the BCH, no matter how good your intentions are, you are an 
island in a sea. If that sea doesn't get developed correctly, your 
marooned. Even with what you propose, if the surrounding environs, 
and especially the bw falls behind, you have trouble. There are 
plenty of people here with vision. Unfortunately, none control the 
waterfront. A real waste. It hurts to see it go to waste for these 
past few years out of simple greed and inaction on the part of the 
city.
