There is obviously not going to be consistent enforcement. That being
said, yes, at 6:30 during the week there may be few pedestrians but on
weekends by 7 or 7:30 there are many. And the bicyclists and
pedestrians seem to favor the same hours. Most of the cyclists are
from outside of AP.

And why would you or any other cyclist have an issue with diagonal
parking at those early hours when as you say no one is there?

But I will compromise with you. If there was strong and consistent
enforcement both on the hours and speed, etc., 365, I would concur.
Absent that pedestrians have to win out.
