Do you really believe that will change anything?
I don't.
I think organizations are false gods. Organizations do not do anything--
cannot. It is individuals, coming together on a common cause that get
things done.
To that end, individuals must make peace first. To trust each other, to
respect each other. Sometimes we will have to take risks: to let others
prove themselves and others will have to allow us to prove ourselves. If
the trust is broken, it is another matter. If the trust is not fully
upheld, but a good faith attempt has been made, we should be able to accept
it and work to improve on it but not discard it and revert to old ways.
It does not appear we are ready for such bridge building. Even now.
