Now, now, Jugal :-)!

No need to throw anyone out, yet. I hope anyway. Because the moment we
attrempt to throw anyone out of the small community, we get into real
trouble. I can't imagine how YOU could propose to throw out the dissenter/s
Jugal. Or for that matter me. Aren't WE, you, I, some of the perennial and
most insufferable of dissenters? But I won't like to be THROWN OUT. I yearn
to be an insider, to be liked, to be accepted. Its just that my finger
types out stuff that I can't control, and keeps me out in the cold.

I wouldn't wish to see YOU thrown out either, just because you are in the
minority.

Confrontation has more than one dimension. Some confrontations are
necessary. They are the ones founded on principles. But there are
confrontations that are quite un-necessary. They have nothing to do with
principles or ideology. The two do not hold the same stature.

I didn't get the comment on the leadership point. Maybe I missed the
context here.

Peace brother!

:-) :-) :-)
