** That is a good thought Ram. An wishful one, that is :-). And if we
learned anything at all from our experiences of recent years, it is also a
recipe for attemptinbg to break ice with a non-starter. It is a wish that
would be DoA--dead on arrival. And therefore nothing would change.

On the other hand, if we let orgs. live, and not invoke them or their
prestiges as lightning rods, and instead focus on each other as individuals
attempting to build personal bridges, it just might have a chance.

But I am far from sure myself.

In fact so far, that I have no desire left to fight these battles any more.

All I can say is that I hold nothing against any of my brethren in the
community regardless of their organizational identities. I can work with
all of them, share a laugh over a cup of tea and relate to their hopes and
dreams and sorrows just like I can with my non-Assamese friends and
neighbors.

But I have had it with our petty org.ID generated quarrels. I have no use
for them.
